It's a terrible idea because you're breaking the law as a copyrighted.

Recent statistics show that over 85% of the photos used online are subject to copyright infringement. A lot of people who use Getty Images without a license, they are fined ranging from $4000 to $10,000. You have to pay them otherwise you will go to the court. It has to have happened to you if you live in the USA if you have broken the law.
There are many Shutterstock images available via Google Image easily, why professional websites don't use without buying? Because they know the harm.
Do you know what I say?
That many websites on the internet allow you to find and use any image that you can use on your website - millions of images free of cost. You should never buy Shutterstock account until your budget exceeds to a few thousand dollars.

I use Pixabay. My 2nd favorite way to find an image is Google Advanced Image Search. Here you can see how you can get with a setting at 

It might be the reason behind that your Google Adsense is banned because of the copyrighted infringement.
I would suggest using these services where you can use any image without any worry. You can use any image without credit from 
1. Pixabay
2. Stocksnap, and 
3. Unsplash 
I do credit from the images that I get from Google Advanced Search.
I know some of the people are running their blogs with Shutterstock images, but It's better to respect the copyrighted material of a website that may get you into hot water otherwise.
